## Description Whenever a Zoom **Meeting assets** email arrives in your Gmail inbox, this workflow: 1. **Triggers** on new Gmail messages filtered by “Meeting assets.” 2. **Extracts** from the email: - Session type (e.g. “1 hour”, “2 hours”, “exploratory call”). - Client’s full name. - Session date & time (from the `GMT…` timestamp). - Duration (`HH:MM:SS`). - Recording link. - Quick summary, detailed summary & next steps. 3. **Looks up** the client in Airtable “People” by full name via HTTP Request. 4. **Sends** a personalized Gmail to the client. 5. **Creates** a new record in Airtable “Sessions” linking back to that client. > 📒 Sticky notes guide credential setup. > 🔐 No API keys are hard‑coded—use n8n credentials.
